I would like to know a lot more about how Obama, or anyone, works his way through Harvard, given both everyday living costs as well as the impossibly high tuition. Who gave him the money? How can he say that he "worked" his way through school. Was it pure affirmative action? We suspect so in the case of his wife, who majored in sociology and black studies at Columbia, another place that's too expensive to "work" one's way through. We know that she was given very high-paying "affirmative action" jobs when she graduated, the kind of jobs "given" to people lawyers who graduated from law school because of minority status rather than on merit.
