Sorry for posting this a couple days late...
My take on Tim Russert's abusive performance interviewing Rudy Giuliani on Meet the Press on Sunday, December 9th, 2007:

trust me the 10% that voted for Bush helped him win. And remember Ohio was one of the pivatol states and 20% of blacks voted

Finally please stop refering to Judy
Nathan as Giuliani's former girlfriend
she was his mistress, which shows what terrible character he has!

While I understand that you might not like Giuliani, that does not mean Russert did a good job.
It was an interview, not a debate, and it was exceptionally uninformative because Russert spent the majority of the show ignoring policy discussions.
I know that you might be a one-issue voter (race relations) but most of the country isn't. It is far from clear to me that your views will be widely enough held to make the difference.
Also, given that crime tends to harm black and hispanic neighborhoods disproportionately, I think Rudy can make a very strong case that his term in office brought substantial benefits to the black community in NYC.
