Court slaps down FCC; decision threatens "Net Neutrality" scheme

Yesterday, the DC Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against the FCC in their case against Comcast in which Comcast had challenged the FCC's right to tell them how to operate their broadband network.

The ruling represents a hurdle for the Progressive's attempt to implement the deceptively-named "Net Neutrality" scheme.
