NLRB tyranny big and small

It's not just the headline-grabbing assault on Boeing which shows the NLRB's all-out assault on economic liberty in order to benefit labor unions; there are plenty of other minor, but equally criminal-in-intent, assaults happening daily. We just don't hear about most of them.

Barbara Ivey, writing in the Washington Examiner, explains how she was mugged on the job by the goons at the SEIU being backed up by their NLRB henchmen:

Barack Obama is maintaining his view that the NLRB is an independent agency, but of course it was Obama who packed the group with former labor lawyers who dislike capitalism almost as much as they love the SEIU. Obama must know this is very bad politics, but there's little he can do about it without effectively admitting that the NLRB tyrants are doing exactly what Obama actually wants done.

As far as Boeing and the NLRB and democrats rallying against building the 787 in NC, , consider that Calico Technologies in Denver is a vendor that supplies one of Boeing's finishes to the 787 in North Carolina.
